I never write bad reviews, but this is clearly treating consumers like a joke. It says buy 1 get 2 free. When the item arrived, there were no freebies. I asked customer service, and everyone had a different story, as shown in the picture. You want to have an event but can't afford to give away freebies, you should at least explain it. Are you saying your freebies are given out based on your mood?
