I can't really judge the quality of the helium since I've only filled a few balloons and haven't finished using them to see how many can be filled. However, I did find that the quality of the aluminum foil balloons is quite low. When I filled the star-shaped aluminum balloon, several of them had scratches. I filled a pink one that had scratches, and it started losing air in just an hour and struggled to float (as shown in pictures two and three). Later, I filled a green balloon from the same shop and a blue heart-shaped balloon from another seller around 5 PM. By 10:30 PM, the aluminum balloon from this shop lost a lot of air, while the other one still held up well (as seen in video one). By this morning at 8 AM (picture four), the aluminum balloon from this shop was nearly deflated, but the blue one was still looking good. They also looked different in color and shine. So, if you want balloons to float longer, definitely invest in better quality aluminum foil balloons. The 10-inch latex balloons last only about four to five hours. The balloon inflating liquid is quite thick, and when sprayed, it adds a lot of weight, making it easy for balloons to pop upon collision.

I bought this for the first time, and it was still floating the next day. I decided to repurchase, and it only took a few hours to settle down.
