This thing is really great! It works well for exercising the temples and facial muscles. Each time I use it, I'm amazed! I genuinely recommend it for those with less noticeable smile lines and jawlines. I got inspired to try it after seeing a girl from a talent show use it. It's soft and super easy to use—just bite down and breathe in and out, like doing facial yoga. The smile lines have visibly faded a lot, and the results are impressive!

The jaw muscle trainer looks well-made and has a pleasant milky scent. It's quite elastic, and after trying it out, I especially felt some pressure around my temples. I plan to stick with it for 10 minutes every day to see if it works. You place it in your mouth and push against your cheeks, which might feel a bit unusual at first, but after a few days, I could really notice my face getting firmer and more defined. My slightly sagging jawline has definitely tightened up a bit!
