I initially reached out to the seller about the socks shedding a lot of hair, leaving fuzz everywhere, whether on the carpet, the floor, or even in the bathtub. I didn't take photos right away because, honestly, who wants to take a picture of their feet covered in black hair? I thought that was rather unappealing. I communicated my concerns and requested a partial refund, considering the seller's perspective as well. However, I was told that this shedding was normal and that I needed to provide evidence, with an offer of just a small compensation. I found it hard to believe that the seller wasn't aware of the shedding issue with their socks. When I tried to offer a simple solution, it felt like they were unwilling to help. I also took a few pictures to show them, and during that process, I accidentally damaged a sock while trying to pull a loose thread. It's clear the seller is aware of the sock quality.
