I'm 157 cm tall and weigh 102 pounds. I tried both L and M sizes, and M fits perfectly. The item looks great and seems very fluffy, but I can't judge the filling amount, so I'm trusting the seller's reputation. I'll update my review once I've tested it in very cold conditions.
