It's very easy to open and close, and I can use it with one hand without any problems.

The quality is really bad. The umbrella ribs broke with just a little wind. I was out having fun, trying to protect myself from the sun, but the wind broke the umbrella ribs and it became useless. I was roasted alive. When I got home, I told customer service that the umbrella quality was poor, and all they kept asking for was a video. I wasn't even asking for compensation, just giving feedback, and they insisted on a video. I wasn't going to leave a review, but their constant demand for a video really ticked me off, so I'm giving a bad review. Their after-sales service is just speechless.
