box came damaged, no styrofoam cushion inside box to protect item and loose items not secured, box was placed vertically outside my house and not horizontally as indicated on box, one of the stickers is scratch luckily no damage to body \nadvertising shows pucture with linear brakes but wording is disc brake with solid tires, actual come is disc brake and pneumatic tires\nbrakes and gears cables routing at handle bar are incorrect I had to remove levers to reroute \nneed to assemble yourself, not recommended for non handyman else need pay extra and bring bike shop assemble \nlazada notify Wednesday morning out for delivery but only received Thursday late afternoon \ndelivery guy still called to ask my unit number when they should know?\ngood thing is cheap $70+ and light weight about 12 kg
