First off, the smell was overwhelming, seriously, I couldn't even believe how strong it was. Had to air it out on the balcony for days. If it's usable after that, it'll just be a plant stand. And get this, it was already cracked before I even put it together. Anyone who's dealt with solid wood furniture knows that's not just a surface crack, it's because the seller didn't dry the wood properly. Also, I get that you guys split the frame for shipping to save costs, but why couldn't you even bother to make an installation video? Is shooting a video really that expensive? Instead, I got a bunch of English instructions, like it's some fancy, high-end product. And before I bought it, I asked for an environmental test report, and you sent just a tiny bit, all hesitant-like. Is it really eco-friendly?

The size is perfect for my hallway, it saves space and can hold quite a few small items. It's pretty sturdy and looks great, I really love it!
