easy to assemble even though there are no instructions given

I don't know what you received, but I bought three sets and all the boards came mixed together. When I was installing, I asked customer service for an installation video. The video showed using a drill, but the holes for the accessories were really small and not drilled all the way through, making it hard to screw in manually. Also, the installation tracks didn't have any pre-drilled holes. If there's no one at home to help and you don't have a drill, it might be a bit tricky. When I asked customer service, they just repeated some standard responses and suggested to \\\"screw in harder.\\\" After spending two hours installing, I discovered some parts didn't have holes. I took a picture of the double-sided tape to ask if it could be used, and one representative said, \\\"No, this tape is for different parts,\\\" while another said, \\\"This track is meant to stick on.\\\" Once I finished applying it and checked the video, I realized the track is supposed to be screwed directly onto the board. I put in a lot of effort, and it can be quite a learning experience!
