The official flag made an error by sending two different sizes, and they seemed smaller than expected! The craftsmanship isn't great either. During the holiday, everything is on hold and returning them isn’t an option. I couldn't buy new ones in time for guests, which created a bit of an issue. The customer service mentioned that the same size can vary in molds, which is visibly obvious. It feels like buyers are expected to overlook this. It takes a while for them to confirm returns too.
