The customer service was super patient and guided me with a clear video, making it easy to understand. Once I opened it and organized it a bit, it took shape nicely. The space it provides is quite large, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The quality is excellent, and the fabric used seems really good. Unlike a previous one I bought that had an odor, this one didn't have any smell. I adjusted it a little, and it looks just right; you can check out the pictures.
