I developed cervical spondylosis at a young age, which has been really challenging. Every day has been tough, but after using this pull-up bar with a cervical traction strap consistently for about a week, I’ve noticed some improvement in my neck pain. Today, I woke up without feeling dizzy, and my hands aren’t numb anymore. So far, the results seem pretty good! The pull-up bar doesn't take up much space, has great overall value, is height adjustable, and stays stable. I'm also keeping a daily record and looking forward to the day I fully recover!

After having my baby, I often carried him, which led to some back issues. A friend recommended this lumbar support bar, and after putting the baby to sleep, I can easily use it for a bit. The stretching feels just right, not too harsh like some machines, more like someone gently helping to ease my back. After using it, my back feels much lighter. I don’t have to worry about weight capacity; I'm 120 pounds and it feels very stable. The base is solid, no wobbling at all. My back pain has reduced a lot, and I can take care of my back at home without needing to visit a rehabilitation center. It's perfect for moms with little ones!
