I recently noticed a slight issue with the stitching at the sleeve; it was a bit wide. There was some feedback about it, but it seems like that's considered normal. I also discovered a small hole at the hem, which has been a bit of a concern. Customer service seems to follow a standard procedure when handling these situations. When I mentioned a replacement, it was noted that there were no available sizes, and for a different style, I was told it wasn’t possible. Returning it was complicated as well. Overall, it feels like I’m stuck with it, and while the resolution wasn't exactly what I expected, I guess it happens sometimes. Just my luck!
