This is my first time using these bamboo fungus for soup, and it's incredibly fresh! It's crunchy, tender, and smooth in texture with a rich, robust mushroom flavor. The broth is pleasantly sweet and has a nice aftertaste. The dried product is very fresh, and after soaking, it's plump and satisfying. What a great deal!
