I wouldn’t recommend this light. I bought several lights while renovating, and this one had some issues. First, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. Once installed, I found it tough to adjust the height, and when I contacted customer service, they said it was an issue on my end. The light arrived as a complete unit, so installation should have been straightforward. However, I noticed a difference in height after setting it up, and it was hard to secure the adjustments. Second, getting help from customer service was complicated. When I sought repairs, I was told I’d have to pay extra for the technician to come out. Their warranty and after-sales support seemed misleading, and the staff wouldn't acknowledge any faults with the product. Lastly, the customer service representatives didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Even when I presented evidence of the issues, they misidentified parts and didn't seem willing to help. I just don’t understand how a straightforward installation could lead to these problems. If the light has issues, it shouldn’t require me to pay again for support.

This lamp fits perfectly with my home's decor style, the walnut color looks great, and it matches well with the Bubudou chandelier.
