Finally, a great way for beginners to do pull-ups! The Xtep pull-up assist hook is sturdy and the metal hook feels solid and reliable. It hangs steadily on the bar, and once you put on the wrist straps and secure them with the Velcro, they fit comfortably without being too tight. It helps to share some of the weight, so you don't have to grip the bar so hard, allowing for more precise engagement of the back muscles. Now I can do 2-3 more reps each set! Plus, my palms don’t slip even when I sweat, and it’s compact for easy storage. Using this with a home pull-up bar makes practicing pull-ups much easier for beginners!
