I bought it on Thursday and picked it up this morning. It was wrapped in a nylon woven bag, and inside was a rectangular cardboard box weighing around 20 kg. It's surprising that businesses think it's acceptable to send used items without proper notice. I suggest separating new and used products and treating consumers with more respect.
