Your after-sales support wasn't very helpful, so I had to give just one star. They told me to wait for half an hour, then sent me a picture of installation without answering my questions about the accessories. The plastic of this door is quite soft and causes slight deformation when installed. This resulted in the silent edging blocking the door, preventing it from closing properly and making the latch ineffective. I had to cut the bottom edging to fix this. The latch point is very small, and the door is soft, so even when locked, it still wobbles a bit. It feels like applying a bit of force might break the plastic latch point.

Bought a square one, received a curved one. I specifically chose the square for easier installation.
