This is my first time buying a rotational mold, and I've heard it's even tougher than the injection mold I got before.

This merchant is just awful. 1. I already asked customer service to make a note in the backend, but they still sent the wrong color. 2. I even made a note on the product itself, and they still sent the wrong color. 3. They even combined orders from different days, and still sent the wrong color. 4. They tricked me into withdrawing my complaint. 5. The quality of the balls is terrible, the glue wasn't even properly handled. I won't buy from them again after this rip-off! Just terrible!!! For overseas buyers in Taiwan, you can only return items, which is completely useless because the item's price is less than the shipping cost, so it's impossible to return. Taobao only punishes buyers and has no management system for sellers. Previously, a fake accessory from a 20,000 item was handled the same way. Taobao isn't as responsible as JD.com, or as reliable as Douyin. Even Tmall stores from Taobao are like this; the 5-star reviews are definitely fake.
