I really like your brand! I've purchased hand-pour coffee beans at the coffee expo and often recommend them to my friends. The ear bags are super convenient for carrying around. This time, I bought both sun-dried and washed beans. The washed one didn’t have any dry aroma when I opened it. The customer service mentioned it might be due to the water temperature. I tried brewing it at 95 degrees and even boiling water. The aroma definitely came out at that temperature, but the taste didn’t quite match my expectations; it had a unique tanginess. The sun-dried one didn’t have these issues at all. I think I’ve been fair in my assessment without just leaving a negative review. Let’s not overthink brewing methods; treating the ear bags like hand-pour coffee is a bit amusing. Everyone has their own opinion about the beans, and I just find the customer service feedback really informative. I expected some sweetness when it cooled down, hoping for the flavors described on the packaging, but it surprised me that it got a little harder to enjoy when cooled!
