I rarely write reviews, but I have to say this item was quite the challenge. First off, the assembly was really complicated, and the parts list didn’t match up. Some pieces were missing, some were damaged, and others just didn’t fit. I had to put it together four times, and it fell apart every time. Eventually, I had to get help from my property management, and after a lot of effort, a professional came to fix it. I tried to resolve the issue with customer service, but it was a bit tough. They offered a small amount as compensation, but it felt like pulling teeth. I considered returning the item, but it didn’t seem like it was going to be a straightforward process. I hope future buyers take my experience into account and proceed with caution.
