I chose the free-standing version, which means I don't have to lean it against a wall, making it easy to move around. You can really feel the solid materials when you're setting it up; the metal frame is heavy and feels sturdy. Once it was all assembled, it stood like a rock—no wobbling at all during pull-ups or hanging ab exercises, which made me feel super secure. The size design is really thoughtful too; when mounted against the wall, it barely takes up any space, so it's perfect for small apartments. I'm especially impressed with the attention to detail and have to give major props to the installer for being so dedicated. It was set up in no time, and now I'm ready to use it. It fits my daily stretching routine perfectly and takes up very little floor space. I'm really happy with it!
