I'm really satisfied with this! I've been using it for five days now. I haven't noticed a significant change in my lower back yet, but I feel much more relaxed overall. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine and doesn't take up much space. After just five minutes of warming up, I'm ready to start my crawling exercises. I had AI set up a workout plan for me—each set lasts eight minutes, with three sets total and a one-minute break in between. The AI says the workout's effectiveness is scientifically sound. I believe that with consistent exercise, relieving lower back discomfort will be achievable, and I can even lose some weight at the same time—two benefits in one! I'm giving it five stars and would recommend getting one.

I just put it together last night and used it a couple of times for a few minutes. Today, I can definitely feel that the pain in my right buttock from sciatica has eased up a lot. It's a great product, a real blessing for those with back issues. Keep up the good work!!!
