Installation(1) before installation, gently take out the smooth support in the instrument with tool pointed pliers, and then reinstall it. During installation, pay attention to whether the rubber ring is installed in the groove of the pipe to prevent water leakage. (2) the interface of flow meter can be connected with ABS plastic pipe or PVC plastic pipe by special dehydration and bonding. It can also be connected with metal flange after being connected by plastic method. (3) the flowmeter must be installed vertically without obvious inclination. Its installation height should be convenient for reading the float. When reading, the line of sight and float should be horizontal. (General standard: the optimal flow rate required is 50% 70% of the maximum flow rate of the flowmeter. Try not to use the maximum number.) (4) in the upstream and downstream import and export of the instrument, the straight pipe section with 5 times the instrument caliber shall be guaranteed. (5) the measured fluid pressure must be stable. If the fluid pressure is unstable, the float will fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly. A buffer or a valuer should be set upstream of the flowmeter. Use when the flowmeter is in use, the upstream valve should be opened slowly to fully open, and then the downstream regulating valve of the flowmeter should be used to adjust the flow. (Prevent the float from sudden upward impact and damage the instrument, and avoid sudden changes in the measured body temperature. If leakage is found in the flow meter during use, it is usually the dislocation or failure of the sealing ring, which should be corrected or replaced.) When the flowmeter is stopped, the upstream valve should be slowly closed first, and then the flow regulating valve downstream of the flowmeter should be closed.
