Features:1. Capable of sustaining a high output current of 50A, meeting the demands of high-power equipment2. Utilises highly reliable components for stable operation and low temperature rise3. Built-in passive charge balancing function to extend the service life of the battery pack4. Features built-in input reverse connection protection for enhanced safety5. Manufactured using high-quality materials to ensure product reliabilitySpecifications:Input reverse polarity protectionPassive balancing functionSuitable for 2S 3.7V batteries50A output capability4.15V overvoltage release (single cell)Quiescent current: 1.8μASleep current: 0.2μAProduct Description:This product is a low-power battery pack protector designed for primary protection of two lithium-ion or polymer rechargeable batteries connected in series. It features a balancing function, but the balancing current is only around 20mA, which is sufficient only to eliminate the cumulative voltage difference caused by simultaneous cycling. Passive balancing cannot compensate for significant differences in capacity; such cases require professional active balancing.Important Notes:1. Before purchasing, please check that the voltage of each cell in the battery pack is normal! Replacing the protection board will be ineffective if the batteries are faulty! No returns or exchanges for soldered units!2. Before installing the protection board, please carefully check that the positive and negative terminals of the battery correspond to those on the protection board. Connecting the protection board’s terminals incorrectly will result in damage to the module!3. Lithium battery protection boards must not be used with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, xenon lights, high-power cordless drill battery packs, electric fishing machine battery packs, electric bicycle battery packs, children’s vehicle batteries, or products likely to contain motors or motorised components. Customers purchasing for the above applications are advised to take note!4. The battery must be charged using a charger specifically designed for lithium-ion batteries. Under no circumstances should a lead-acid battery charger be used, as charging with a lead-acid charger may cause high-voltage breakdown of the protection board’s MOSFETs, resulting in the protection board failing to prevent overcharging. The charging voltage for a polymer battery charger is calculated as: number of battery cells × 4.2V.Package list:Lithium-ion Battery Charging Protection Module*1
