Bought this as a Mother's Day gift for mom. She tried it out and said it feels really comfortable and warm. She's very happy and mentioned that receiving the gift made her feel cozy. The product quality is reliable, highly recommend it.

The material is comfortable and doesn't irritate the skin. The fit is decent, considering there's hardware inside that prevents it from being perfectly snug. The buzzing sound from the vibrating massage is acceptable, and there are several normal modes and one enhanced mode. The regular massage mode can't be strengthened, and the default enhanced mode isn't as comfy as the regular one. Heating is only in the circle shown in the picture, while the four massage points don't heat up. The rest relies on being covered to warm up, and there are multiple temperature settings that increase slowly. It's not advised to set it to the highest temperature at the start. The warmth takes a bit to sync across areas without switches. Settings need to be reset each time it's turned on, which is slightly inconvenient. The voice prompt is quite loud. Only one extension strap was included, and it only sticks well using the fuzzy side on the original product's Velcro.
