Need to wait for delivery which was ok for me. Arrived as described and ordered, but the gold is a lot more bling/bright than I expected (my preference would have been a little more muted like champagne gold). Adjustable to suit the length you want - adjustment is smooth and easy. Chain has some weight to it so it sits nicely when worn. Overall happy with my purchase.
