Received the order today but it really took a long long time to receive the item after ordering. The shipment was done via sea and there was no transparency of status from Sept 11 (when entry was shown under customs supplier country). Checking message posted were channeled to chatbot with no proper status update (instead I received survey request to rate the chat bot service). Luckily had ordered much earlier to my travel plan and could still manage with the delay. \n\nThe product seems good and elegant, seems sturdy and rugged (like the 3 wheels instead of usual 2). Seems a bit heavy but for this size luggage it is expected. The bag comes with a lock and a wrapping belt. Yet to put to use and see if it is worth the price.
