I usually wear size 41, but for these sports shoes, I decided to go with 42. When I opened the box, they felt a bit snug. The shoes had some marks on them that looked like printing or stains that wouldn't come off. If they're meant to look worn, then I wonder what style that is, as the photos on the website looked pristine. The description didn't match the product. I initiated a return before confirming receipt, but after the courier picked them up, I was told I had to pay for shipping. I asked customer service if they covered that cost, and they said I needed to pay since the shoes were in good condition. I thought since I had to pay for shipping anyway, it might be better to confirm receipt to leave a review warning others about the experience. So, I stopped the courier, took photos, and after confirming receipt, they picked them up again. I just wanted to remind potential buyers that the pictures may not reflect reality.
