I tried on the shoes and they fit perfectly. The upper has some creases, which made them look a bit used, and one lace was tied while the other wasn't. I asked customer service about it, and they were really nice and offered me a little compensation. The shoes themselves feel great when I wear them – they're soft and comfortable!
