The scallion pancakes are so delicious! They’re not greasy, just the right amount of fluffy and crispy with layers full of that strong scallion flavor. My kid absolutely loves them! They make for a super easy breakfast; just pair them with a bowl of plain porridge, and you’ll feel so full and satisfied. Plus, they’re really quick to cook, which is perfect for letting me sleep in a bit longer, haha! Definitely a must-buy again!
