I used to get bruises from traditional hard hula hoops, but this soft fabric spring model doesn’t do that at all. The color is really nice, the fabric feels soft against the skin, and the spring has great elasticity, making it easy to spin without slipping off. The weight is just right, giving it a solid feel without straining my back, and I can definitely feel my core working while I spin. It's super convenient to use while binge-watching at home. It's compact and doesn't take up much space, making it perfect for girls to work out with. I'm really happy with it!
