This totally solves my home fitness needs, and it's great in every way. It's fixed by physical compression, so there are no marks on the wall or door frame after removal. The telescopic adjustment range is huge, so it fits hallways and bedroom doors at home. The widened triangular non-slip foot pads increase friction, so it won't slide when doing hanging leg raises. The tubing is thick and not easy to bend, and even after repeatedly disassembling and reassembling it in different places, the lock is tight and won't loosen.
