I've always loved eating Jiaxing meat dumplings, and this place does a great job. The dumplings are plump, with soft glutinous rice and tender, flavorful meat filling. Each of the seven salted egg yolks is full of flavor and oily goodness, while the chunks of fresh meat are tender and juicy.
