I had to buy a full set of gear on short notice and confirmed with the streamer about the simultaneous sending of gifts. The streamer assured me that the gifts would be sent right away after delivery. After I received my order, I reached out to customer service. The first representative (Stig) was quite helpful and fast, not only assisting with the shipment of one of the gifts but also providing updates on the progress. The second representative (Erik) seemed less responsive, giving me the same generic replies repeatedly. Speedo has been a brand I've loved for many years, and this was my first time shopping at their domestic flagship store. Overall, I appreciate Stig's effort and support. My view of the brand remains positive, although I wish the overall communication could improve.
