The showerhead works great: water comes out quickly and has a full range of features. It's very sturdy and has a beautiful, elegant design.

I didn't want to leave a review at first, but I feel like I have to say something. The installation service was a bit of a challenge. Right from the start, they mentioned something about the connection pieces and the need for certain materials. I ended up using what the installer provided, but I noticed some parts weren't fitting well and had a bit of a leak. I didn’t want to reach out to the installer again after that. They claimed to be the best around for this kind of work, but it didn’t quite match my expectations. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and it left me feeling a bit frustrated.
