In the summer, I usually play basketball during my commute, and my feet sweat so much that my socks feel like they could be wrung out. I've tried using bamboo charcoal insoles, but they were too thick and would get hard and rub my feet when I sweat. This 99% linen summer thin version barely takes up space in my shoes, but it really absorbs sweat. After playing, the surface of the insoles was wet, but my feet didn't slip because the linen fibers wick away sweat quickly, preventing buildup.
