At the gym doing leg workouts, these squat shoes are awesome. With thick socks, my feet feel cool with these silk insoles that feel like I'm not wearing anything. They give me great stability, and when I take off my shoes to stretch, there's no odor. They even have a subtle camellia scent that I love; my trainer even asked where I got them!
