Every year we celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with rice dumplings, and this year we tried something different. I bought a set of herb sachet materials for everyone to assemble during our break. To my surprise, it was a huge hit! Even the department that usually doesn't interact came together to explore the herbs. Once we finished, we hung them at our desks, and the whole office smelled of herbs, which was quite refreshing. It felt much more engaging than just making rice dumplings. We're definitely doing this again next year!

We wanted a fun team-building activity without any awkwardness, so we booked this sachet package. About ten of us sat around, identifying herbs, filling bags, and tying strings while chatting away. Even the quieter colleagues opened up. Everyone took home two sachets to keep at their desks or in their cars. The admin said this was the most popular team-building event, and we should definitely do it again for future holidays!
