Clean the surface to be bonded: remove oil, dust, rust, and water from the metal surface, and lightly polish it if necessary to enhance adhesion (no need for excessive polishing).

Mix the glue: mix the adhesive and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (resin: hardener) evenly, and use it within 5-10 minutes after mixing (avoid prolonged placement affecting the bonding effect).

Apply and bond: apply the mixed glue evenly on one or both bonding surfaces, then fit the two surfaces closely, press firmly and fix them (use clamps or heavy objects to fix if necessary).

Curing time: initial curing in 10-15 minutes (can be touched without falling off), full curing in 24 hours (reaching maximum bonding strength). Do not move or load the bonded workpiece during curing.
