The customer service before the sale was also very patient, explaining everything and arranging for a quick installation. The technician was really efficient.

The experience of purchasing was quite challenging. I received a corner desk with some damage, and when I inquired about getting a technician to touch up the paint, I found out that they could only assist with the installation. They offered to send me some paint to do it myself, which seemed a bit inconvenient. I opted for a return and requested a replacement desktop. While the replacement process had its issues, I appreciate the effort in trying to resolve it. However, the installation part was a bit disorganized, as the technician needed additional information from customer service to proceed with the installation of my furniture. It was a bit frustrating, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.
