The installation was easy. My family is very satisfied. I've bought several lumbar traction bars, and this MISSYOU one is really stable. My partner and I, weighing over 300 pounds together, felt completely secure! The double support rods are very firm after installation, no wobbling even when pulled hard. Hanging once in the morning and once in the evening, five minutes each time, really relaxes my waist. This hanging bar is a blessing for people with lumbar disc herniation. After using it, I finally understand what real relief feels like. The soreness and swelling are gradually fading, and I feel much more energetic.

The traction belt is good quality, and it feels soft. My dad used it, and I tried it too. When stretching, it's just the right firmness, and it works on the waist without being constricting. Definitely worth the price!👍👍👍
