I received the product, and here's the deal. The customer service assured me that it wasn't used by someone else. They said if it had been used, the tea pieces would change color. I believed them, so I tried it, but the tea pieces didn't change color. I found that a bit odd, so I reached out to customer service again. They mentioned that it could be due to glue seepage, which I wasn't convinced about. Then they suggested that it might be because the glaze wasn't applied properly. They offered me a return or exchange. Since I've used the tea set, returning it wouldn’t feel fair to someone else. I wonder if the glaze wasn't done right, then why was it sent to customers with the tea pieces already installed? You would think they would catch a defective item during the installation process, which seems a bit puzzling. Overall, I'm just trying to make sense of it all.
