I wear these work shoes every day for business, and my feet tend to sweat a lot, to the point where my socks could be wrung out. But these insoles with their cool ice silk layer feel really refreshing, and the 4D massage points hit the arch just right, so my feet don't feel sore after walking all day. What's amazing is that when I take the insoles out, there's no smell, and they dry super quickly, ready to use again the next day.
