I’ve had a herniated disc for several years, and it has recently gotten worse. Sitting at the computer has been really uncomfortable, so I've been trying different methods to improve the situation. I saw this product advertised a lot, so I decided to give it a try. Since I already had back pain, the pressure relief it provides has been helpful. I’ve noticed some people mention discomfort, but that might just be because they chose the wrong size. I think the company should offer better size options, similar to clothing sizes. Generally, adults need larger sizes, and if someone is heavier, they might need the extra-large size. They do have a suggested weight to help with sizing.
