This iron pan sticks, even though I season it with oil every day. My go-to oyster omelets always fall apart because they stick. I've tried heating the pan and then adding cold oil, but it still sticks sometimes. It's really hard to get the heat right with this pan. I cook every day and still can't master it. It also leaves burnt marks when I boil things. I specifically bought one with handles, but they're useless because they get super hot and I've burned myself. Everyone says this pan is non-stick, but it sticks for me. I use it daily and soak it in oil daily. I'll update my review later.

Quality is pretty good, just feel like I bought a size too small. Will see how it goes, might buy a bigger size next time.
