I received the wrong item, so I called the seller—and they were the nicest person I’ve ever met. They were incredibly kind; I’m not exaggerating at all. When I explained what happened, they immediately offered a full refund and even waived the return of the incorrect item. For that reason, I’m giving them the highest possible rating: 10 out of 10. That’s how people remember mistakes—this seller truly deserves it.

They sent me the wrong item, so I called the seller—and the person who assisted me was one of the kindest people you could ever meet, with a heart of gold. And I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. As soon as I explained the situation, the very first thing they offered was a full refund, without even asking me to return the wrongly shipped item. For that reason, I’m giving them the highest possible rating: 10 out of 1000. That’s how you recognize true excellence—a stellar seller!
