DescriptionThe racket is internally filled with 8mm polymer honeycomb, surrounded by white EVA foam. The top is reinforced with carbon fiber, while the bottom sides feature a carbon fiber frame wrapped in high-density purple foam. The outermost layer consists of yellow foam encased in carbon fiber, and the handle is wrapped in carbon fiber fabric. Resin is applied to the surface of the honeycomb, then covered with a carbon fiber sheet.The carbon fiber sheet has a four-layer structural composition. The first layer is vertical Toray carbon fiber, the second layer is also vertical Toray carbon fiber, the third layer is horizontal glass fiber, and the fourth layer is again vertical Toray carbon fiber. After bonding the carbon fiber board to the honeycomb core, it is placed into a mold for heat forming.
