The faux linen texture gets better the more you look at it. It has a soft matte feel that doesn’t reflect light, and the fabric is breathable, so sitting for long periods in the summer doesn’t make you sweat. The thick material helps with sound insulation and keeps the chill out. It’s super cozy to curl up by the window with a book in the afternoon. The weaving is solid; I move around a lot and sit on it, but it hasn't loosened or bubbled. The light beige color is easy to clean with a wet wipe, even when it gets a little dirty.
