As a designer, I'm always bent over working on drawings, making my neck and shoulders stiff as rocks. This stick behind my neck helps a lot. I just put my hands on it and tilt my head back for a few minutes during lunch. It loosens up the muscles in my neck, and my shoulders feel less sore. It makes my afternoons so much better, and it's more effective than using patches. Plus, it's super convenient to use at my desk without taking up space.

I previously bought a plastic yoga stick, which felt lightweight and slippery. This solid wood one feels substantial in hand but not heavy, and it doesn't get cold in winter. The wood is smoothly polished without any burrs and doesn't become slippery with sweat. It looks nice at home, unlike some colorful gym equipment. Holding it while practicing yoga feels stable, so I don't have to focus on gripping it, allowing me to relax more during exercises.
